How long will it take to receive my item?
  • Currently Crown Jewel ships via USPS Or UPS ground service. 
  • We ship from Orange County California on or by the following business day. 
  • Time in transit is usually 1 to 5 business days depending how far from California.

  • Upon shipping, a tracking number will be provided with your email shipping order confirmation. 
How much will shipping cost?
  • Standard ground shipping costs a flat rate of $8 dollars on orders less than $100 dollars.
  • During Promtional Sales Events using a promo code you will be charged only $8.00 per order unless a minimum dollar amount is stated during that event.  

Returns & Exchanges

What is our return policy?
  • We gladly accept returns of new, unworn merchandise (with tags still attached) for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. 
  • If you believe your item is defective or has not lived up to your expectation we absolutely want to hear from you regardless of how long you have been wearing it. 
  • Any STANDARD PRICED COLOR ITEMS may be returned for a full refund or an exchange.
  • Any CLEARANCE PRICED COLOR ITEMS or SALE ITEMS may be EXCHANGED only for any style sitewide. Any differences in pricing will be calculated accordingly. 
  • If you were charged shipping on your order you will NOT be charged an 8.00 return fee. 
  • Any items purchased in DECEMBER will have until Feb 1st to return for gift purchases. A gift receipt will accompany each order.

Holiday/December Gift Return Policy

1. All orders placed in December are not due for return until Feb 1st.

2. If you need a gift receipt please email us the order #. 


How do I return an item?
  1. Request either a return or exchange via email. EMAIL US 
  2. Include either the invoice, packing list or sales order # or just your first and last name will suffice.
  3. List the Items you wish to return and NO explanation is required unless you wish to.
  4. For exchanges please list the style #, size & color you wish to purchase instead. Check our inventory first please.
  5. We will contact you with the additional instructions within 24 hours of your request. M-F.
  6. Please do not just send items back without us issuing an RMA. We handle everything from then on.

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR A RETURN ONLY: Upon receiving your return email request, we will email you an RMA # with a Shipping Label Attached with final instructions. 

ADDITIONAL INSTRUCTIONS FOR AN EXCHANGE: Upon receiving your exchange email request, we will email you an RMA # along with your exchange order confirmation along with final instructions. We will send a return shipping label inside the exchange order so you DO NOT need to do anything until you receive the exchange shipment.

Are there return Shipping Charges

Exchanges: Free of charge both ways. Try to exchange the same quantity of items or total dollar amount purchased. Styles can be diff and the total doesn’t have to match. We will credit or debit accordingly.

Return only: You are responsible for the return amount of $10.00. For original orders lager than $150 will be free of charge. For VIP Accounts; No charge for any returns/exchanges. To be eligible for a VIP account your accumulative purchases must be greater than $1,000.00.


Why does my credit card statement show a Recurring Charge?

Crown Jewel never receives or store your credit card number nor do we ever create recurring charges on your account. Instead we use Stripe as our secure payment processor who receive your sensitive credit card information securely and charge your card for us. 

Stripe's method to securely store and save your card sends a notice to your bank that the charge is a "recurring charge". This is false and should be ignored, all charges made by Crown Jewel are one time only.

Can I place an order over the phone?

  • Any after hour phone voicemail messages will be returned by the following business day. 
How do I cancel/change my order?
  • Once you receive your order confirmation via e-mail please double check your order and if you want to add or remove an item please let us know as soon as possible so we can update your order before it ships. Please EMAIL US if there are ever any issues or concerns.  Unfortunately, once your order ships, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your online order. When you receive your order, check the invoice and the merchandise, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. 
How is tax calculated?
  • State laws require that we charge applicable sales tax on orders shipped to California only.
